ISOLATED D-STATES AND D-COMPLEXES IN GERMANIUM IN MAGNETIC-FIELDS

摘要
The electron- and spin-states in isolated D- states in Ge have been studied by means of long-wavelength photoconductivities in magnetic fields at 0.35 K. The difference of the photoconductivity spectral behaviors between Sb and As impurities is ascribed to that of the valley-orbit interactions. From the magnetic field dependence of the photoconductivity spectra of the D- complexes, the donor molecules D2 are supposed to be formed in the crystal in the first stage of increasing the impurity concentration which cause D- 2 states, and further increases of the concentrations result in more complicated D- complexes in the crystal. © 1979, THE PHYSICAL SOCIETY OF JAPAN.
