Application of exchange perturbation theories to the delta-function model of H-2(+)

摘要
Four different types of exchange perturbation theories are solved to infinite order in the perturbation for the delta-function model of the hydrogen molecule ion. It is shown that the EL-HAV second order energy approaches one-half of the second order polarization energy for this model at large internuclear separations.
