摘要
Follow-up of a series of eyes with Fuchs' dystrophy, which had been successfully grafted from as far back as 1950, demonstrated that the longest a graft remained clear was nine years. Histologic examination of the diseased grafts showed atrophy of the endothelium without cornea guttata. In contrast, a similar series of cases with clear grafts done for keratoconus showed that all eyes had remained clear up to 15 years. The significance of these findings were discussed. © 1969.
