摘要
Aminolysis and ammonolysis reactions of beta-ketoesters catalyzed by Candida antarctica lipase ar e very efficient methods for the preparation of beta-ketoamides. When racemic amines are used in these precesses, the corresponding optically active beta-ketoamides are obtained with moderate-high enantiomeric excesses.
