COMPOSITIONAL DEPENDENCE OF THE OPTICAL-PROPERTIES AND STRUCTURAL PECULIARITIES OF AMORPHOUS GE-S-GA (IN) CHALCOGENIDES

摘要
A study of the optical absorption edge, the compositional dependence of the optical energy gap and the IR absorption of amorphous GeS1.5-Ga (In) and GeS2-Ga (In) chalcogenides is performed. The influence of the introduced third component (gallium or indium) on the properties of GeS1.5 and GeS2 is discussed. The observed regularities are related to some structural peculiarities in the ternary systems investigated.
