CALCIUM-VANADIUM-INDIUM SUBSTITUTED YTTRIUM-IRON-GARNETS WITH VERY LOW LINEWIDTHS OF FERRIMAGNETIC RESONANCE

摘要
Results of a study of ferrimagnetic resonance line-width properties of a series of polycrystalline {Y3-2xCa2x}[Fe2-yIny](Fe3-xVx)O12 samples with 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.8 and 0.3 ≤ y ≤ 0.7 are presented. Samples of theoretical density can be prepared reproducibly. Very low linewidth values down to 2 Oe at X-band are found. Simultaneously high values of initial permeability - up to 1500 at room temperature and 30 kHz - are observed. This behavior is in accordance with the reduction of magnetocrystalline anisotropy in Insubstituted YIG. © 1969.
