摘要
The use of N-acetylglucosamine 2-epimerase from pig's liver together with N-acetylneuraminic aldolase leads to a particularly simple and effective process for the synthesis of N-acetylglucosamine (1) and alpha-pyruvic acid (3). The enzymes in homogeneous solution in the enzyme-membrane reactor catalyze the synthesis of N-acetylneuraminic acid (4) via 2 in a continuous process. The space-time yield is 109 gL-1 d-1.
