ORDERED PHASES IN INTERCALATION COMPOUNDS OF ZRS2 WITH FE, CO, NI AND CU

摘要
The compounds MxZrS2 (M = Fe, Co, Ni or Cu; 0 < x ≤ 0.50) and CuxHfS2 have been studied by electron diffraction. It has been found that these elements can be intercalated between the layers of ZrS2. Ordered phases CuxZrS2 and CuxHfS2 have been observed for the first time and the former compounds have been produced both by vapour transport growth and electrolytic intercalation. Ordered phases have also been observed in NixZrS2. For Co and Fe intercalates only short-range order was detected. © 1979.
