摘要
The effect of dielectric saturation on the electronic properties of solvated electrons has been considered within the framework of the continuous dielectric model with the adiabatic approximation. An approximate potential energy function including dielectric saturation has been derived for the solvated electron in water. A calculation has been made of the energy levels, the transition energy, and the charge distribution of the hydrated electron on the basis of this potential energy function.
