摘要：

Equations describing the phosphate sorption reaction on hydrous Al oxides as a ligand exchange between phosphate and surface OH groups were derived. Individual sorption isotherms of the mono- and divalent phosphate species were obtained from experiments in which only total phosphate could be determined. the isotherms were of the high affinity type on the two sorbents used.
