摘要
In order to investigate the utility value of isotachophoresis(ITP) for partitioning of a nuclear fuel waste, a model solution was fractionated using a micro-preparative apparatus. The fractions of the separated zones were analyzed off-line by means of Particle Induced X-ray Emission (ITP-PIXE) and the migration order and the recovery was evaluated. Good separability was observed when ahydroxyisobutyric acid was used as the complex-forming reagent, confirming the practical utility of isotachophoresis for the partitioning in principle.
