摘要
A study of the properties of the stacking faults in the γ' phase of the CMSX2 superalloy is performed. A conventional electron microscopy analysis shows that the stacking faults are of superlattice intrinsic nature. In situ straining experiments, which are performed at high temperature, show that the SISFs spread under stress through the viscous motion of super-Shockley dislocations. A detailed analysis of the behaviour of the SISFs under such conditions is proposed. © 1990 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
