摘要
Three further flavonols have been identified from buds of Platanus acerifolia. Separations were made by column chromatography on polyamide and Sephadex LH20 as well as centrifugal TLC on silica gel and reversed phase HPLC. Structural elucidation of the peracetylated derivatives was achieved mainly by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The three related components, 8-methoxy-6-C-methyl-5,7-dihydroxyflavonol, 8-C- (1,1-dimethyl-2-propen-1-yl)-5,7-dihydroxyflavonol and 8-C-(1,1-dimethyl-2-propen-1-yl)-4′-methoxy-5,7-dihydroxyflavonol are characterized either by C-methylation or C-prenylation, as are all non-polar flavonoids isolated from this source. © 1990.
