摘要
The combination of hydrophilic and lipophilic amphiphiles and the addition of a small amount of water is demonstrated to be an effective method for the production of inversed vesicles (see figure) from biocompatible surfactant systems. Stable reversed vesicles would have applications in, for example, foods, medicines and cosmetics.
