ROTATIONAL EXCITATION OF N-H2 BY LI+ IMPACT IN THE ENERGY-RANGE FROM 150 EV TO 750 EV

摘要
Integral cross section for the rotational excitation J =1→3 of n-H 2 molecule by Li + impact is measured with an ion energy-loss spectrometer. Above 150 eV, the rotational excitation occurs in the strongly forward scattering. The cross section obtained at 155 eV is 2.5×10 -16 cm 2. © 1979, THE PHYSICAL SOCIETY OF JAPAN. All rights reserved.
