摘要
A displacement sensing technique is described, based on the use of a laser source frequency modulated at a relatively high rate to induce visibility modulation in the‘baseband’interference signal derived from a two-beam interferometer. Feedback control of the laser modulation, to lock the visibility to a minimum, is demonstrated. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
