摘要：

The titre of ME7 scrapie agent in the spleen was estimated at various intervals up to 29 days after inoculation in two strains of mice. The mice differed in alleles of the sinc gene which controls the incubation period of the agent used. The long incubation period strains were found to have a four-week delay in the initiation of titre increase in the spleen, whereas the increase starts almost immediately in the short incubation period stock. © 1969.
