摘要
A generalization of the Eckart scheme applicable to N-body systems with arbitrarily large angular velocities is formulated. Its virtue is that it explicitly accounts for centrifugal distortions. As a consequence, it leads to angular momentum-labeled fundamental frequencies of oscillations. In the limit of slow rotations one recovers exactly the traditional separation scheme of Eckart. © 1990.
