摘要
States of 48Ti, excited by inelastic proton scattering, have been investigated using the particle-gamma ray angular correlation technique. States at 2.2947, 2.421, 3.377 and 3.631 MeV have been shown to have spins 4, 2, 2 and 2 respectively; the correlations from the state at 3.868 MeV were consistent with an assignment of 3-. A new level of spin (2,3) was shown to exist in the region of 3.23 MeV. Multipole mixing ratios have been determined for the relevant gamma rays from all six states. Branching ratios have been measured for the states at 2.421 and 3.868 MeV. © 1969.
