摘要
The decay scheme of 139Ba has been investigated with high resolution Ge(Li) and Si(Li) detectors. The results of NaI(Tl)-Ge(Li) coincidence experiments, complemented by energy-sum arguments, suggest a level scheme in 139La with excited states at 166, 1219, 1257, 1382, 1420, 1477, 1536, 1558, 1578, 1683, 1762, 1768, 1857, 1922, 1963 and 2061 keV, which accommodates all of the 28 observed gamma-ray transitions. The results are compared with earlier Coulomb excitation and (n,n′γ) experiments and with recent 138Ba(3He, d) and decay-scheme studies. © 1969.
