摘要
The lipid and sterol composition of roots and primary leaves of Phaseolus vulgaris and their changes after incubation with lead and sodium acetates were investigated. Lead ions affected lipid metabolism more than that of sterols. Unexpectedly significant changes were observed after incubation with sodium acetate.
