摘要
Deoxyribonucleic acid was prepared three times from Streptococcus bovis NCDO 597. The difference in % guanine and cytosine, estimated by melting temperature, was found to be 2·8%. Possible reasons for this large difference are discussed. Copyright © 1979, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
