摘要
The synthesis and MAS Al-27 NMR characterization of a series of aluminum oxynitride powders prepared at various AlN/Al2O3 reaction ratios from 16.7 to 88.0 mol % AlN are reported. The MAS Al-27 NMR at 14 T reveal the presence of both six- (AlO6) and four-coordinate (AlO4) sites in gamma-AlON, resonances due to four-coordinate AlNO3, AlN2O2, and AlN3O sites in the various AlON reaction products, as well as NMR peaks due to unreacted AlN and Al2O3.
