摘要
A finite difference method is used to analyse the SAW scattering from overlaid short-circuits on the surface of a LiNbO3 crystal. From this analysis, information is obtained about reflection from some elementary geometries such as a short-circuit edge, a strip or two strips, and equivalent circuit models are proposed. These equivalent circuit models are used to compute the reflection from periodic arrays of strips. The influence of both periodicity and metallization ratio is investigated.
