ANGULAR DISTRIBUTION OF D(P,N)2P REACTION AT 45.5 MEV

摘要
The differential cross section of the reaction d(p, n)2p has been measured at 45.5 MeV. Energy spectra of the neutrons were measured at angles between 5°and 35°at 5°intervals with a resolution of approximately 51/2%. The experimental spectra are compared with a calculated cross section using the Born approximation, neglecting the n-p final-state interaction and considering the potential Vnp to be a δ potential. Good agreement is obtained only at small angles. © 1968 The American Physical Society.
