Far infra-red absorption in each solid phase of H Cl and D Br

摘要
Features in the far infra-red spectra of crystalline H Cl and D Br are attributed to molecular translational and torsional motions. The spectra allow the changes in molecular motion accompanying the phase transitions in each substance to be studied.
