INFLUENCE OF OSCILLATORY MAGNETIC FIELDS ON NERNST EFFECT IN SUPERCONDUCTING LEAD FILMS

摘要
The Nernst effect in superconducting lead films of 3 μm thickness has been studied in the presence of small oscillatory magnetic fields oriented parallel to the static magnetic field. An increase in the Nernst voltage and in the transport entropy per unit length and per unit flux has been found due to the oscillatory field. In superconducting lead films the influence of an oscillatory field on the Nernst voltage is similar to the influence on the resistive voltage. © 1969.
