摘要
Treatment of OEPNi with PhSeCl or PhSeCl3, yields mono- through tetra-meso-chlorinated products. The reaction of PhSeCl3 with TPPNi likewise gives di- through poly-beta-chlorinated products. When PhSeBr or PhSeBr3 is used as the reagent, OEPNi gives brominated products with the loss of an ethyl group, while the TPPNi yields beta-brominated analogs. Nitration of OEPNi is accomplished using PhSeCl together with AgNO2.
