摘要
1. 1. The separation by electrophoresis of nine dehydrogenases from the the liver of tropical fresh-water snails is described. 2. 2. All the enzymes were found in multiple forms in some or all of the snails except for isocitrite dehydrogenase. 3. 3. No new enzyme bands were found in the liver of Biomphalaria sudamica infected with daughtr sporoycysts of a plagiorchioid cercariae that could be separated from the host tissue. 4. 4. The enzymes of the daughter sporocysts are compared electrophoretically with those of the host tissue. 5. 5. The application of enzyme electrophoresis to the study of daughter sporocysts within host tissue is discussed. © 1969.
