摘要
Anaesthetic barbiturates potentiate and convulsant barbiturates inhibit the calcium-activated adenosine triphosphatase (Ca-ATPase) activity in rat brain synaptosomes. Such differential effects and consequent modification of transmitter release may be important in the contrasting actions of these classes of barbiturates in vivo. © 1979.
