Relaxation of photoconduction in nitrobenzene

摘要：

A photoconduction process occurs in the light absorption range of liquid nitrobenzene. The electrical behaviour of the highly purified solvent under irradiation conditions is discussed in terms of a photodissociation reaction limited by ionic recombination and followed bi further chemical transformation. Kinetic rate constants of the photoconducting species are deduced from the reported relaxation measurements.
