摘要
Limit dextrinase from barley malt was purified to homogeneity, partially characterized and used to produce monospecific antibodies. The enzyme had a molecular weight of 104k Da with optimum activity at pH 5·5 and 55°C, and the activity was stable at 55°C for extended periods. Isoelectric focusing revealed six closely spaced bands with pl 4·2-4·6. The purified enzyme was used to immunize a rabbit and the polyclonal antiserum obtained was tested for monospecificity by immunoblotting. The antiserum contains antibodies that are monospecific to limit dextrinase. © 1992, Academic Press Limited. All rights reserved.
