DIAGNOSTICS OF PLASMAS WITH SUBSTANTIAL CONCENTRATIONS OF ATOMIC OXYGEN

摘要
An efficient method predicting the electron density Ne and temperature Te in partially ionized plasmas with a fraction of atomic oxygen greater than about 10% of all heavy particles of the plasma is presented. The method is valid in plasmas where 1010 cm-3Nt1016 cm-3 and 8000 K Te15 000 K [Nt=2(Na+Ne), and Na is the density of the oxygen atoms]. © 1995 The American Physical Society.
