摘要
A new acylated anthocyanin was isolated from the red-purple flowers of Dendrobium 'Pramot' (phalaenopsis type cv) as a major anthocyanin. The structure of this pigment was determined to be cyanidin-3-O-(6-O-malonyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside) 7,3'-dt-O-(6-O-(4-O-(beta-D-glucopyranosyl)oxybenzoyl)-beta-D-glycopyranoside) mainly based on the spectroscopic evidence.
