摘要
Brine shrimp, Artemia salina, were reared from the nauplius stage in artificial brine solutions of 50, 100, 200, 300, and 400% sea water strength. The activity of Na-K activated ouabain-sensitive, ATPase in the animals reared in the most saline environments was five times as great as in those reared in the most dilute medium. Ouabain produced a greater increase in mortality in Artemia reared in more saline environments. © 1969.
