摘要
Cell nuclei were isolated from Acetabularia mediterranea and Acetabularia crenulata and were implanted into the cytoplasm of enucleated Acetabularia (Polyphysa) cliftonii. Such combinations formed caps, crysts, and gametes which were capable of copulation. The cells of the F1-generation corresponded well to the species from which the nuclei of the parent generation originated with respect to morphogenesis as well as to the isozyme pattern of the malic dehydrogenase. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
