摘要
A diagram of the unstable region for oscillations in a low pressure SF6 gas discharge has been obtained. Nonlinear waves are forward and the super ion acoustic is possibly due to ionization and detachment. The dispersion for them has been discussed in the frequency range of 0.4 to 5 kHz. © 1979.
