摘要
Partially humified material can be separated from other soil material by flotation on a bromoform‐petroleum spirit mixture of density 2·0 g cm‐3. Maximum recovery of partially humified material requires ultrasonic dispersion and the addition of a surfactant to the suspension. For large‐scale work‘Nemagon’ may be used in place of the bromoform‐petroleum spirit mixture. Copyright © 1969, Wiley Blackwell. All rights reserved
