摘要
The application of high-temperature superconducting thin films to microwave systems is expected to lead to major volume and weight savings as well as improved performance. To take full advantage of the properties that the new materials have to offer and justify the additional cooling equipment that accompanies the introduction of superconductivity, many HTS components will have to be integrated. In this paper some of the key microwave circuits that show great promise in this respect, such as multiplexers, circulators, and very narrowband filters, will be discussed and experimental results presented.
