摘要
Measurement of potato chip color is extremely important to the potato processing industry. A procedure is described whereby finished chip samples were utilized for correlation of one spectrophotometric chip color measurement system with another. Calibration, standardization, sample preparation, randomization and prediction equation development procedures are described. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.
