摘要
1. 1. Enzymes catalyzing the reactions between fructose diphosphate and pyruvate were found in whole homogenates of Turbatrix aceti. In addition, phosphoglucose isomerase and a low glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity were demonstrated. 2. 2. Other enzymes of the glycolytic sequence (specifically, glucokinase or hexokinase, phosphorylase, phosphoglucomutase, phosphofructokinase, lactic dehydrogenase, alcohol dehydrogenase and α-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase) could not be demonstrated. 3. 3. Several of the enzymes present in T. aceti homogenates were shown to be similar in some of their properties (action of inhibitors, cation requirements, etc.) to the corresponding enzymes found in other tissues. © 1969.
