摘要
A method of ion-exchange thin-layer chromatography had been developed which is effective in resolving a number of pteroylglutamates and related compounds. This technique has been employed in the study of the degradation of H2PteGlu-14C and the in vivo determination of H2PteGlu-14C in placental tissue and blood plasma in the rat. This technique should prove useful for separation of specific pteroylglutamates, groups of pteroylglutamates, and/or their products in specific metabolic or chemical reactions. © 1969.
