摘要
The growth of Co on Au(111) epitaxially deposited at 550 and 650 K on MoS2 was studied by ultra-violet photoemission. At these temperatures we have evidenced a strong interaction between Co and Au, which gives in the Au valence bands a prominent feature, at 3 eV under the Fermi level, that we attribute to a quantum well state.
