摘要
The optics of a novel two-frequency laser is presented in this paper. The key components are a laser and a modulation unit consisting of acousto-optical modulators and Wollaston prisms. Different laser types can be used, covering a large wavelength range. The frequency difference is tunable. Use of the Wollaston prisms results in an efficient, compact, and stable unit with one optical axis. its components are easy to align.
