摘要：

Abstract. The clinical and cytogenetic findings of a case with partial trisomy of chromosome 15 are presented. Dysmorphic features of this newly recognized syndrome are too nonspecific and mild to permit the physician to make clinical diagnosis or to consider obtaining cytogenetic studies in eary life. However, the present case indicates that seizures represent an important part of the clinical presentation of this rare chromosomal syndrome, in addition to severe mental retardation.
