摘要
The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is well suited to group decision making and offers numerous benefits as a synthesizing mechanism in group decisions. This paper explains why AHP is so well-suited to group decision making, shows how AHP can be applied in a variety of group decision contexts, and discusses four applications of AHP in group decisions. A tutorial on AHP is included as an appendix.
