摘要
We study electron transmission above a quantum well considering the capture effect into a bound state in a quantum well due to dissipation. Our calculation shows a remakable resonance appears when the incident energy nears above the bound state, with the phonon (photon) energy, no matter how weak dissipation is. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
