摘要
²Substituted organolithium derivatives 3 are suitable synthons for the preparation of bifunctional compounds. The reactivity of these dianions is shown by the study of their reaction with typical electrophilic reagents which always lead to products resulting from an attack on the anionic carbon atom. In this way 1, 2-diols, 1, 2-amino alcohols, ²hydroxy or, ²amino esters, 1, 3-diols, 1, ²amino alcohols, and ²substituted silanes have been prepared by reaction of 3 with oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbonyl compounds, and trimethylchlorosilane, respectively. Some of these systems are difficult to prepare by conventional routes of synthesis. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
