摘要
In this paper, a thermal and ionic conductivity study of the title lithium derivatives is reported. LiMnPO4(OH) is a good ionic conductor with sigma(200-degrees-C) = 3 x 10(-5) OMEGA-1 cm-1 and an activation energy of 0.61 eV. The conductivity data for LiMnAsO4(OH) are sigma(200-degrees-C) = 1 x 10(-9) OMEGA-1 cm-1 and E(a) = 1.24 eV. The relation between the crystal structures and the conductivity properties is also discussed.
