摘要
The giant magnetoresistance effect has been investigated for amorphous-CoFeB/Cu/Cs sandwiches with. and without exchange-bias layers. A maximum magnetoresistance ratio of 5.4% was obtained in the CoFeB/Cu/Co sandwich at room temperature, where most of the MR change occurred within a magnetic field change of 280 A/m (3.5 Oe). The sandwich with NiO exchange-bias layer showed spin valve behavior with a MR ratio of 2.5%.
